Delete your Tourin account

Tourin supports full in-app account deletion. Deleting your account permanently removes your sign-in identity and all data associated with it. This cannot be undone.

Delete from within the app

1. Open Tourin and sign in.
2. Go to the You tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (Google / Firebase)
• Your topic and narrator preferences
• Your location and visit history
• Your generated tour history and any feedback you submitted

No user data is retained after deletion.

Can't access the app?

Email noah.karsky8@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Tourin account deletion request", and your account and data will be deleted within 30 days.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Signing in again afterwards creates a brand-new account with no history.
